Welcome to BioResource Index links database
This database is primarily a collection of resources for use by members of the Eurosystem Consortium. Currently only members of the EuroSyStem consortium can add, edit or remove resources. However anyone is welcome to use the search the database. If you feel that an important resource is missing please send details to [simon.tomlinson@ed.ac.uk]
The search functionality searches across all fields of the database including the associated publication abstracts. Publications that are linked to the resources are generally those cited by the authors of the resource or else those that describe the general functioning of the database or software tool.
The link chosen for the resource is generally the "primary" link for that resource- some applications (such as Blast) are installed on many sites - in this case we reference the primary site for this resource.
Comments can be made by logged in users and kept private to the consortium or made publicly available to users. These comments are entirely the responsibility of the authors.
